EXCHANGES: We will gladly accept exchanges of unworn earrings in the original packaging and in resale condition. Once your exchange order has been received, we will issue an "instore credit" (less shipping charges) in the form of a coupon code to be used toward a future purchase; as long as the return meets the outlined criteria.
