SHIPPING:  Average completion time of your handmade leather jewelry is 4-5 business days. All items will ship via USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders over $50. USPS First Class Mail items usually arrive 3-5 days after your order is shipped and USPS Priority Mail items usually arrive 1-3 days after your order is shipped. 

 EXCHANGES: We will gladly accept exchanges of unworn earrings in the original packaging and in resale condition. To start the exchange process please email us: leatherandheart@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange order has been received, we will issue an "instore credit" (less shipping charges) in the form of a coupon code to be used toward a future purchase; as long as the return meets the outlined criteria. Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. If you would like to purchase an item of greater value than your exchanged item (s), we will bill you for the difference.
